Your Job
  • Responsible for quarterly consolidated financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, including consolidation in LucaNet 
  • Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports  
  • Assume responsibility for all accounting related topics of domestic and international subsidiaries 
  • Perform quarterly reviews of submitted reporting packages on domestic and international subsidiaries, ensuring uniform accounting and valuation throughout the group 
  • Prepare notes to the consolidated financial statements and management report 
  • Act as the contact person for group accounting related topics for internal departments, accounting service providers, and auditors 
  • Manage projects for group-wide standardization and harmonization of group accounting processes as well as development and implementation of new processes in group accounting 
Your profile
  • University degree in business administration, accounting, economics, MBA, or industrial engineering with a focus on (group) accounting, financial reporting, finance, or auditing  
  • Multiple years of sound professional experience in group accounting, reporting, and consolidation of an internationally oriented company and/or in an auditing firm  
  • Key technical accounting skills according to HGB and/or IFRS 
  • Strong professional commitment, communication and teaming skills  
  • Confidence in dealing with numbers, enjoyment working in a dynamic and international environment  
  • Robust problem-solving and organizational skills 
  • Analytical, independent, reliable, result-oriented, and diligent  
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) 
  • Practical experience with LucaNet or other consolidation software 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus!

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von quartalsweisen Konzernabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS inklusive Konsolidierung in LucaNet 
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc Berichten und Reportings 
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung für alle rechnungslegungsrelevanten Fragestellungen einzelner in- und ausländischer Tochtergesellschaften 
  • Review von Quartalsabschlüssen der in- und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften und Sicherstellung einer konzerneinheitlichen Bilanzierung und Bewertung 
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Konzernanhangs und des Konzernlageberichts 
  • Ansprechpartner zu Fragen der Rechnungslegung für interne Abteilungen, Accounting Service Provider sowie Wirtschaftsprüfer 
  • Projektleitung bei Projekten zur konzernweiten Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der Rechnungslegungsprozesse sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse im Konzernrechnungswesen 
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (BWL, VWL, MBA, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) mit Schwerpunkt (Konzern-)Rechnungslegung, Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung  
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen eines international tätigen Unternehmens und/oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft  
  • Ausgeprägtes Fachwissen in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und/oder IFRS 
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit 
  • Hohe Affinität für Zahlen, Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld und der Lösung von komplexen Problemen  
  • Analytische, selbstständige, zuverlässige, ergebnisorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise  
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel) 
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit LucaNet oder alternativer Konsolidierungssoftware 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
