Your Job
  • Support preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, including consolidation in LucaNet 
  • Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports  
  • Perform quarterly reviews of submitted reporting packages on domestic and international subsidiaries, ensuring uniform accounting and valuation throughout the group 
  • Act as the contact person for group accounting related topics for internal departments and accounting service providers  
  • Contribute and support projects related to group-wide standardization and harmonization of group accounting processes as well as development and implementation of new processes in group accounting 
Your profile
  • University degree in business administration, accounting, economics, MBA, or industrial engineering with a focus on (group) accounting, financial reporting, finance, or auditing  
  • Relevant professional experience in group accounting, reporting, and consolidation of an international company and/or in an auditing firm, or successful completion as a certified accountant 
  • Strong technical accounting skills according to HGB and/or IFRS 
  • Strong commitment, communication and teaming skills 
  • Confidence in dealing with numbers, enjoyment working in a dynamic and international environment  
  • Analytical, independent, reliable, result-oriented, and diligent   
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) 
  • Ideally practical experience with LucaNet  
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus!

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von quartalsweisen Konzernabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS inklusive Konsolidierung in LucaNet
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc Berichten und Auswertungen
  • Review von Quartalsabschlüssen der in- und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften und Sicherstellung einer konzerneinheitlichen Bilanzierung und Bewertung
  • Ansprechpartner zu Fragen der Rechnungslegung für interne Abteilungen und Accounting Service Provider
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur konzernweiten Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der Rechnungslegungsprozesse sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse im Konzernrechnungswesen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (BWL, VWL, MBA, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) mit Schwerpunkt (Konzern-)Rechnungslegung, Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen eines international tätigen Unternehmens und/oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Sehr gutes Fachwissen in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und/oder IFRS
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Affinität für Zahlen und Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Analytische, selbstständige, zuverlässige, ergebnisorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel)
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit LucaNet
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
