We are looking for a driven Marketing & Partnership Manager in the APAC region with hands-on experience to embark on an exciting journey with a growing renewable energy developer to shape the narrative of the organization’s mission and vision. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective communication, strategic planning, and successful execution across the spectrum of partner-related marketing activities. 
Your Job
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the company’s branding to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain social media accounts to reach the desired level of engagement and establish thought leadership. 
  • Act as the main marketing point of contact for partner inquiries, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses, ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders & ensuring activation plans, execution timelines, deliverables, and accountabilities are clear and aligned with the business. 
  • Work with internal marketing teams on preparing assets and sharing with relevant external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of partner marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning, leveraging your regional expertise to drive impactful marketing campaigns and help shape the marketing narrative for APAC, aligning with the company’s vision and goals. 
  • Focus on maintaining overall partner engagement and interest, measuring and iterating the success of external partner launches to continuously improve our approach. 
  • Prepare presentation materials for board meeting.
Your profile
  • Preferably five years of experience in marketing, with exposure to partner, channel, or platform ecosystems. 
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating and managing relationships with key marketing stakeholders, preferably within renewable energy industry. 
  • Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with both partners and internal team members. 
  • Basic negotiation skills and the ability to navigate through partnership agreements. 
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and practical experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. 
  • Analytical mindset and adept problem-solving abilities. 
  • Exposure to working in a global setting, with proficiency in managing tasks across different time zones and cultures. 
  • Team-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with internal and external teams and stakeholders. 
  • Be flexible, energetic and can multi-task; creative and able to think out of the box
  • Resourceful, persistent, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
