Your Job
  • Client after sales: Take day to day responsibility for managing and enhancing client relationships following the completion of transactions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and addressing any after sales issues promptly.
  • Monitor Earn-Outs: Track and report on earn-out arrangements, ensuring all terms are met and payments are processed accurately and timely.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with post-closing activities and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Investor List Creation and Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of investors, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Act as the primary point of contact for investor-related queries.
  • Advisor Roster: Maintain and manage a roster of financiallegal and technical advisors, ensuring their engagement and alignment with company goals.
  • CPs / Handover: Oversee the completion of all Conditions Precedent (CPs) and ensure a smooth handover process from project completion to operational phase.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a commercial, client facing role, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of the transaction processes, post-closing procedures, risk management, and investor relations.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with solar energy technology and the renewable energy industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles related to project financing and earn-outs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to handle agreements and contracts effectively
  • Language: Fluent English language skills required. Further language skills (particularly European languages) are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for short term trips as the role requires.
