As the O&M Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our solar energy plants. Your role includes maximizing energy production, managing maintenance teams, ensuring smooth system transitions, and fulfilling service contracts. With 3+ years of Solar PV O&M experience at a utility scale and a relevant engineering qualification, you’ll bring a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a readiness to travel internationally. Your expertise will be key in optimizing our solar operations and ensuring reliable energy output.
